86例妇产科大出血患者行子宫动脉栓塞治疗疗效分析

目的:分析子宫动脉栓塞治疗在妇产科大出血患者治疗中的应用价值与效果。方法:选取某院2016年1月~2018年1月期间妇产科大出血患者共计86例,根据实施子宫动脉栓塞治疗前后将其划分为对照组、观察组,其中观察组采取子宫动脉栓塞治疗,对照组则采用髂内动脉栓塞治疗,分别对比两组患者的并发症发病率、阴道内无血时间以及插管成功率,探究子宫动脉栓塞治疗的应用效果。结果:通过研究对比发现,观察组患者在阴道内无血时间、插管成功率以及并发症发病率等方面均优于对照组患者,且差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:子宫动脉栓塞治疗针对妇产科大出血患者具有良好的治疗效果,可以显著改善阴道内无血时间,提升插管成功率,同时也可以在很大程度上抑制并发症的发病率,具有临床应用与推广的价值。

Nalysis of the Therapeutic Effect of Uterine Artery Embolization in 86 Patients with Massive Hemorrhage in Obstetrics and Gynecology

Objective:To analyze the value and effect of uterine artery embolization in the treatment of patients with massive hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynecology.Methods:A total of 86 patients with massive hemorrhage in obstetrics and gynecology from January 2016 to January 2018 were enrolled in the hospital.According to the implementation of uterine artery embolization,they were divided into control group and observation group.The observation group was treated with uterine artery embolization.The control group was treated with internal iliac artery embolization.The incidence of complications,bloodless time in the vagina,and success rate of intubation were compared between the two groups,the application effect of uterine artery embolization was explored.Results:Through the study comparison,it was found that the observation group was superior to the control group in terms of vaginal blood free time,the success rate of intubation and the incidence of complications,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Uterine artery embolization treatment has a good therapeutic effect on patients with gynecological massive hemorrhage,which can significantly improve the bloodless time in the vagina,improve the success rate of intubation,and at the same time greatly inhibit the incidence of complications,which has the value of clinical application and promotion.
