| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨应用抗中性粒细胞胞浆抗体 (ANCA)检测血管炎患者方法及意义。方法 :以健康人血液中性粒细胞为抗原基底 ,回顾性总结了 6 1例各种血管炎患者及 5 0例健康献血员 (ANCA)的检测率。结果 :6 1例各种血管炎患者的阳性率为 34.4 3% ,其中 ,韦格内氏肉芽肿 (WG)阳性率为 5 3.5 7% (15 / 2 8) ;大动脉炎阳性率为 16 .6 7%(2 / 12 ) ;未分类血管炎阳性率为 19.0 5 % (4/ 2 1)。 5 0例健康献血员全阴性。结论 :ANCA是血管炎疾病敏感而特异的血清标志抗体 ,对以WG为代表的该项疾病诊断和鉴别诊断及治疗具有重要的意义 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the significance of determination of serum anti Neutrophil Cytoplasmic antibody in diagnosis of Vasculitis. Methods: 61 patients with Vasculitis and 50 normal blood donors were reviewed about their ANCA positive rates. Results: The positive rate of serum ANCA in the 61 cases was 34.43% (21/61 cases). 15 of 28 cases (53.57%) of wegener granulomatosis (WG), 2 of 12 cases( 16.67 %) of aorto arthritis, and 4 of 21 cases (19.05%) of non classification Vasculitis showed a positive serum ANCA. The serum ANCA, however, was not detected in 50 normal blood denors. Conclusion: The determination of serum ANCA can be used as a sensitive and specific serum marker for diagnosis of Vasculitis, especially for WG. |
