血清CA125检测对恶性肿瘤诊断价值的探讨

目的:检测血清中糖类抗原125(CA125)含量,探讨其在恶性肿瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法:检测分析618例恶性肿瘤患者(其中卵巢癌112例、肺癌82例、肝癌89例、乳腺癌102例、胃癌81例、食管癌78例、宫颈癌74例,均经病理确诊)治疗前血清CA125含量以及同期健康体检者56例(对照组)血清CA125含量。结果:恶性肿瘤患者总体阳性率32.84%,与正常对照组(阳性率1.79%)比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01);卵巢癌患者血清CA125阳性率65.18%,其均值和阳性率与正常对照组和其他恶性肿瘤组比较差异具有显著性(P<0.01);肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、食管癌、宫颈癌患者血清CA125均值和阳性率与正常对照组比较也有显著性差异(P<0.05);结论:血清CA125检测对卵巢癌应用价值较大,对肺癌、肝癌、乳腺癌、胃癌、食管癌、宫颈癌也有一定的参考价值。

Value of detecting serum CA125 in the diagnosis of malignant tumors

Objective:To explore its application value in the diagnosis ofmalignant tumors by detecting serum CA125 levels.Methods:In 618 cases of malignant tumor patients(of which 112 cases of ovarian cancer,82 cases of lung cancer,89 cases of liver cancer,102 cases of breast cancer,81 cases of gastric cancer,78 cases of esophageal cancer,74 cases of cervical cancer were confirmed by pathology),levels of serum CA125 in pre-treatment were as well as that of 56 cases of healthy people(control group) over the same period.Results:Contrasting patients with malignant tumors(positive rate of 33.33%) with normal control group(positive rate of 1.79%),the difference was significant(P<0.01).Of serum CA125 in patients with ovarian cancer,the positive rate is 65.18%,its mean value and positive rate were significant difference with the normal control group and other cancer groups(P<0.01).Contrasting the mean serum CA125 ang positive rate of cancer in lung,liver,breast,stomach,esophageal cancer,and cervical cancer with the normal control group,the differences are significant(P<0.05). Conclusion:The value to detecting serum CA125 in ovarian cancer is significant,but there are some certain reference value for cancer in lung,liver,breast,stomach,esophageal cancer and cervical cancer.
