| 摘 要： | 比较了５３例治疗前急性白血病骨髓穿刺涂片及民埋骨髓活检切片标本，发现其骨髓增生程度判断结果差异明显，真正的低增生型及伴骨髓纤维化的急性白血病并不多见。原始细胞非均一性浸润的白血病患者，对常规化疗效果差，可能需要特殊的改良方案。 |

| Abstract: | Bone marow aspirates and biopsy specimens were taken at diagnosis from 53 patient with acute leukemia. A considerable difference in marrow cellularity was obseved between two methods. Hypoplastic acute leukemia and acute leukemia with marrow fibrosis were uncommom. The patients presenting with a inhomogeneous blastic marrow inflitration seem to respond poorly to conventional chemotherapy and may benefit from specifically modilied therapeutic regimen These results indicated that plastic embedded bone marrow biopsy sections can reflect the marrow cellularity accurately. These results may also provide information of independent prognostic importance and may have impact on patient management. |
