| 摘 要： | 目的 ]探讨三叶因子 1在幽门螺旋杆菌感染的胃体部黏膜中的表达 .方法 ]采用HE染色法和免疫组织化学染色法观察三叶因子 1在 2 9例幽门螺旋杆菌感染的胃手术切除标本胃体部黏膜中的表达与黏膜萎缩程度的关系 .结果 ]幽门螺旋杆菌感染标本的胃体部黏膜中 ,三叶因子 1在固有层颈黏液细胞和假幽门腺化生细胞中表达 ,其阳性表达率与黏膜萎缩程度有关 .结论 ]三叶因子 1在胃体部黏膜中的表达与幽门螺旋杆菌感染引起黏膜损伤的保护和修复有关 .

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE?To study the expression of TFF ?1 in gastric fundic mucosa infected with the Helicobacter pylori(HP).? ME THODS?In 29 cases of gastric fundic mucosa infected with the HP, the relationship between expression of TFF?1 and degree of mucosa atrophy in gast ric fundic mucosa was observed by HE and imunohistochemical stain.?RESULTS ?In gastric fundic mucosa infected with HP, the TFF?1 was expressed in mucous neck cells and pseudopyloric gland metaplasia,and related to the atroph y of mucous membrane.?CONCLUSION?The expression of TFF?1 gast ric fundic mucosa infected with the HP relates with mucosal protection and repai r processes. |
