| 摘 要： | 目的探讨综合护理对肝癌患者生存质量的影响。方法将患者随机分为两组。对照组实施肿瘤内科常规护理,观察组以症状护理、心理护理、社会干预、中医辨证施护综合应用。结果观察组在患者整体生存质量改善(KPS评分)方面优于对照组,在生存质量各要素的探讨中(QOL-C30量表),观察组在情绪功能、社会功能、整体健康状况方面优于对照组。结论综合护理能有效提高肝癌患者的生存质量。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To investigate the influence of the comprehensive nursing to the living quality of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC).Methods: Patients were randomly divided into two groups.Implementation of internal control tumor routine nursing,the observation group with symptoms care,psychological care,social intervention,the doctor of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome differentiation was protecting comprehensive application.Results: Observation group in patients overall survival quality improvement(KPS score) was better than in control group,in the quality of life of each factor to explore(QOL-C30 scale),the emotional function,social function,overall health condition of the observation group are better than control group.Conclusion: Comprehensive nursing can improve the liver cancer patients quality of life. |
