| 摘 要： | 本研究用三套白细胞抗原(HLA)标准抗血清,同时对120个人进行 HLA 抗原分型。结果共检出28个 HLA 抗原特异性,基本上包括了中国人常见的 HLA 抗原型,初步建立起一个具有中国人常见型的 HLA 标准细胞库。并准备逐步增加完善该细胞库的抗原型。 |

| Abstract: | Three sets of HLA standard antisera were used to do HLA typing for 120 persons in this research.The result is that 28 specificities of HLA were identified.The common types of HLA in Chinese are included basic-ally.We plan to improve this antigen bank of HLA by adding specificities of antigen. |
