摘    要:目的 观察盐酸利多卡因胶浆作为导尿润滑剂,对减轻或消除患者因留置导尿而引起尿道刺激症状的效果.方法 将符合纳入标准的240例留置导尿的患者分为实验组和对照组,在留置导尿时对照组用石蜡油作为润滑剂,实验组使用盐酸利多卡因胶浆作为润滑剂,并对患者的尿路刺激程度进行比较.结果 实验组患者因留置导尿引起的尿路刺激反应程度较对照...

Abstract:Objective To determine the effects of lidocaine hydrochloride plasmagel used as lubricator in reducing and eliminating urinary irritation amony patients with indwelling urethral catheterization. Methods A total of 240 patients were assigned into the experimental group and the control group,which would receive indwelling urethral catheterization. The control group used liquid paraffin as lubricator,whereas the experimental group used lidocaine hydrochloride plasmagel. The level of urinary irritation was compared between the two groups. Results The degree of urinary irritation associated with urethral catheterization was significantly lower in the experimental group than the control group ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion Lidocaine hydrochloride plasmagel as lubricator in indwelling urethral catheterization could reduce or eliminate the urinary irritation associated with urethral catheterization effectively.
