| Abstract: | Objective To explore the emphasis and methods of clinical teaching in spine surgery departments so as to enhance the effects of nursing students＇ clinical practice. Methods The teaching methods which focused on the specialty emphasis and optimized the teaching process were adopted in the experimental group,while the traditional methods were employed in the control group. Results By optimizing the teaching methods, the seoce of comprehensive clinical abilities assessment in the experimental group was higher than the control group （P 〈 0. 01 ）. And the overall satisfaction of nursing students to clinical teaehers was increased,the differences was statistically significant （ P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion Outstanding the teaching emphasis and optimizing the teaching methods can enhance the specialist skills of nursing students and is an effective method in specialty departments. |
