眼球摘除患者抑郁与人格特征、社会支持的相关性研究

目的探讨眼球摘除患者抑郁状况与人格特征、社会支持的相关性。方法应用艾森克个性问卷(EPQ)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对76例眼球摘除患者进行调查。结果眼球摘除患者有明显的抑郁心理,与国内常模比有显著差异(P(0.01),其抑郁状况与人格特征密切相关,与社会支持有一定相关。EPQN和EPQP与SDS情感性、躯体性障碍、精神运动性障碍、抑郁的心理障碍4组症状均呈正相关。EPQE、EPQL与4组症状均呈负相关。社会支持与4组症状均呈负相关,但相关性不显著。结论笔者研究评估眼球摘除患者的人格特征、社会支持、认知和适应方式对抑郁情绪的影响,为针对性地给予心理疏导和支持性心理治疗提供科学依据,以利于改善患者治疗效果及生活质量。

Study on the Relationship between Depression of Ophthalmectomy Patient and Personality Traits as well as Social Support

Objective To explore the relationship between depression of ophthalmectomy patient and personality traits as well as social support.Methods 76 ophthalmectomy patients were involved in the investigation by applying the Eysenck personality questionnaire(EPQ),Zung's self-rating depressive scale(SDS) and social supports rate scale(SSRS).Results The ophthalmectomy patients had obvious depression.There were significant difference compared with routine treatment(p0.01).The depression was closely related to personality traits and related to social support in a certain degree.The four barriers,including emotion,body,movement and psychology,were positively related to EPQN,EPQP and SDS,but were negatively related to EPQE and EPQL,although the negative relation was not significant. Conclusions In order to provide scientific basis for psychological intervention and psychological treatment,this study evaluate the influence of personality traits,social support,cognition and adaptability on depression,so that the patients' effectuality of treatment and quality of life will be improved.
