先天性心脏病血浆心钠素的变化

采用心钠素（ANP）特异性放免分析方法，测定了30例左向右分流先心病患（实验组）和9例无心、肺疾患的普胸患（对照组）的右房、肺动脉血浆ANP的含量，并结合血流动力学参数进行分析。结果：（1）实验组血浆ANP水平高于对照组（P<0.05)；（2）实验组血浆ANP水平与右房压、右室压、肺动脉压及心内缺损大小呈正相关；（3）实验组血浆ANP水平右房高于肺动脉（P<0.05)，表明左向右分流先心病患血浆ANP水平升高，与其血流动力学的改变有关，其右房可能是ANP分泌的主要部位。

Changes in Plasma Atrial Natriuretic Peptide in Patients with Congenital Heart Disease

The plasma levels of ANP in blood collected from right atria (RA ) and pulmonary arterywere determined by sepcific radioimmunoassay in thirty patients with left-to-right shunt con-genital heart diseases(experimental group)and 9 patients without heart or pulmonary disease(control group),and and analyzed with hemodynamic parameters. The results showed:(1)plasma ANP level in the experimental group was higher that that in the control group(P<0. 05),(2)plasma ANP level of RA was positively correlated with right atrial pressure,rightventricular pressure,pulmonary arterial pressure and size of the defect,(3)plasma ANP levelof RA was higher than that of PA in the experimental group. It is suggested that the concen-tration of plasma ANP increases in patients with congenital heart disease, correlating withhemodynamic parameters,and that the RA might be the main secretory site.
