米非司酮对人胎盘绒毛滋养层细胞周期动力学的影响

摘    要:对正常早孕吸宫流产和顿服米非司酮150mg48小时后的吸宫流产物的绒毛组织各26例进行细胞周期动力学的分析。方法采用流式细胞分析技术进行分析。结果服用米非司酮后,其胎盘绒毛滋养层细胞的DNA倍体水平无变化,而G0、G1期细胞明显增加、G2、M期明显降低。

Abstract:Objective To study the cell cycle kinetics of the early pregnant chorionic villi.Methods Flow-cytometry was introduced in our study.26 samples were obtained only by surgical aspiration,and 26 samples were obtained by administration of mifepristone 150mg once per 48 hours before the patient accepted the operation.Results We found that the level of the ploidy of DNA in human placental choriotrophoblastic cell had no change between the two groups.The percentage of the cells in G 0 G 1 phase was much higher in the administration group( P =0 007),whereas it was much lower in G 2 M phase( P =0 042).Conclusions Mifepristone may block the transformation of the cells from G 0,G 1 phase to S stage in early pregnancy chorionic villi,thus leading to the block of cell cycle.Abortion happens.
