磷酸肌酸联合CAF方案治疗乳腺癌对心肌保护作用的疗效观察

目的观察乳腺癌CAF方案化疗联合应用磷酸肌酸（CP）在心肌保护方面的疗效。方法60例乳腺癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组，每组各30例患者。观察组采用CAF＋CP治疗，对照组单纯采用CAF治疗。观察两组患者治疗前后心电图、心肌酶谱和不良反应的改变情况。结果两组患者治疗前心电图、心肌酶水平和不良反应发生情况相似，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；CAF方案治疗2个周期后两组患者心电图、心肌酶水平和不良反应发生情况存在明显差异，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论磷酸肌酸能够明显改善乳腺癌CAF方案化疗对心脏的损害，有效保护心肌。

Therapeutic efficacy of creatine phosphate in myocardial preservation combined chemotherapy of CAF

Objective To observe the effect of creatine phosphate in myocardial preservation combined chemotherapy of CAF.Methods 60 cases of breast cancer patients was randomly divided two groups,one was observing group(CAF+CP),another was control group(CAF).to observe the electrocardiogram、cardiac muscle zymogram and adverse reaction of two groups patient before and after chemotherapy.Results the electrocardiogram、cardiac muscle zymogram and adverse reaction is similar in two groups before the treatment.The difference has no statistical significance between two groups(P>0.05);The difference was statistical significance between two groups after two cycle chemotherapy(P<0.05).Conclusionsthe chemotherapy CAF combining CP can obviously reduce the myocardial injured by chemotherapy CAF,effectively protect cardiac muscle.
