心理治疗和心理护理对妇科手术患者心理的影响

目的观察对妇科手术患者实施心理治疗及其心理护理后产生的效果及影响。方法研究组和对照组的研究对象均为来我院就诊的妇科手术患者。研究组（n=59）给予心理治疗及心理护理；对照组（n=59）没有给予相应的心理治疗。对心理影响的调查采用EPQ及SCL-90评分。结果①与研究组治疗前比较，治疗后EPQ中的内向性差异无统计学意义，其他的观察指标均具有较低的分值（P〈0．05）；与对照组治疗前比较，治疗后EPQ中的内向性差异无统计学意义，其他的观察指标均具有较高的分值（P〈0．05）。②与对照组治疗后比较，研究组治疗后的SCL-90各项因子得分差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论对妇科手术患者实施心理治疗及心理护理后能够到起积极的作用，有利于辅助手术治疗。

Effect of psychological care and psychological treatment on gynecological surgery patients

Objective To observe the the effect of psychological care and psychological treatment on gynecological surgery patients.Methods Study group and control group subjects were in our hospital.Study group(n = 59) was accepted psychological treatment and psychological care;control group(n = 59) was accepted the same departments to Study group,but did not give psychological treatment.Psychological impact were surveyed with EPQ and SCL-90.Results ① Compared with study group before treatment,there was no significant difference in introversion,the other indicators scores were lower(P < 0.05);Compared with control group before treatment,there was no significant difference in introversion,the other indicators scores were higher(P < 0.05).②Compared with control group after treatment,the factors of SCL-90 scores in study group,there were significant difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion Psychological treatment for patients with gynecologic surgery and psychological care after their mental problems can play a positive role in helping assisted surgery.
