中西医结合治疗恢复期脑梗死临床观察

目的：观察中药补阳还五汤加味与西医常规疗法合用治疗脑梗死恢复期的临床疗效。方法：将96例确诊的脑梗死恢复期患者随机分为治疗组50例和对照组46例，治疗组在对照组西医常规疗法基础上给予补阳还五汤加味治疗，每日l剂，2周为1个疗程。结果：治疗组愈显率和总有效率分别为78．00％和94．00％，对照组则分别为54．35％和80．43％，两组比较均有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：补阳还五汤加味与西医常规疗法合用（中西医结合）可更有效地降低脑梗死的病残率。

Clinical Observation of Therapy of Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine on Cerebral Infarction in Convalescence Stage

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Modified Decoction of Yang-invigorating Recuperation combined with western conventional therapy on cerebral infarction in convalescence stage. Method： 96 cases with cerebral infarction in convalescence stage were divided into two groups, 50 cases in treatment group and 46 ones in control group. On the ground of western conventional therapy, the cases in treatment group were treated with Modified Decoction of Yang-invigorating Recuperation, one dosage and two times every day. Result： The excellent rate and the total effective rate of treatment group were 78.00% and 94. 00%, and the ones in control group were 54. 35 % and 80. 43 %. There was significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion： Modified Decoction of Yang-invigorating Recuperation combined with western conventional therapy can reduce the disability rate of cerebral infarction.
