革兰氏阴性杆菌的感染及其耐药分析

摘    要:目的 监测延安市革兰氏阴性杆菌在医院内感染的菌种分布及其对常用抗菌药物的耐药性。方珐 所有临床分离菌均按常规方法培养鉴定,药敏试验为WHO推荐的NCCLS标准方法(K—B)法进行。结果 3365份临床标本共分离出革兰氏阴性杆菌530株,约占总菌株数的63.5%,表明革兰氏阴性杆菌已成为医院内感染的主要病菌.并以呼吸道感染为最多见,约为54%。结论 医院内感染病原以革兰氏阴性杆菌为多见,并大多为条件致病菌,对常用抗菌药物普遍存在不同程度的耐药性。

Abstract:Objective the Yenan separation leather blue negative bacillus the mold mushroom spawn distribution and its to the commonly used antibiotics drug resistance which infects in the hospital.Methods all clinical separations fungus presses the conventional method raise appraisal, the medicine sensitive experiment is WHO the recommendation NCCLS standard method (K - B) the law carries on.Results 3365 clinical specimens altogether separate leather blue negative bacillus 530, approximately composes the total strain number 63.5%, indicated the leather blue negative bacillus has become the main germ which in the hospital infects, in the hospital infects take the respiratory tract infects as most sees, is 54% approximately, Each kind of germ has the varying degree to the clinical commonly used antibiotics to bear the medicine.Conclusion hospital inner sense dyes the cause of disease as to see take the leather blue negative bacillus, and mostly is the condition pathogenic bacteria, to the commonly used antibiotics universal existence varying degree drug resistance.
