1990-2002年四川省冕宁县克山病病情分析

目的 分析1990—2002年四川省冕宁县克山病发病特征。方法 对1990—2002年亚急型、慢型病例，监测点检出的潜在型，作一般流行病学和临床资料描述，并与该县历史流行情况进行比较。结果 人群、时间、区域发病不论现在和过去都基本一致，但不再具有5～9月集中发病的特点，52例亚急型，慢型病例4年存活率仅为30．77％。结论 从社会学角度，提出采用卫生扶贫项目，使患病儿童得到公平可及的医疗保健服务。

To analyze the state of the Keshan disease in Mianning County, Sichuan province between 1990 and 2001

ObjectiveTo analyze the morbid features of t he Keshan disease by taking a country as a unit.MethodsMake the subacutc and chronic cases, potential as general epidemiology and clinic datum historical prevalent situations.ResultsThe crowd, the time and the regional illness we re similar both at present and in the past, but it did not has the features of c oming on the disease at the time of May to Sept. The livabilities of 52 subacutc and chronic cases were just 30.77 percent in 4 years.ConclusionsAttempting to adopt the project make an ima gination to have the ill children gain the just health care service from the soc iological direction.
