舰艇上使用三腔二囊管治疗鼻腔中后部出血的疗效观察

目的 探讨舰艇上使用三腔二囊管填塞治疗鼻腔中后部出血的效果.方法 治疗组35例,利用三腔二囊管填塞的压迫作用治疗鼻腔中后部出血,对照组30例,用前鼻孔联合后鼻孔凡士林纱条填塞止血方法治疗鼻腔中后部出血.结果 治疗组35例均止血成功,患者疼痛小,咽部不适少,其中6例愈后出现鼻腔黏膜糜烂,但均无严重并发症;对照组30例也均止血成功,但患者疼痛大,有明显咽部不适,有26例愈后出现鼻腔黏膜糜烂,有5例抽除纱条后1周内复发鼻出血.结论 舰艇上使用三腔二囊管填塞治疗鼻腔中后部出血简便易行,疼痛小,效果良好,适合在舰艇上采用.

Treatment of epistaxis at the mid-back nasal cavity with Sengstaken-Blakemore tubes aboard naval vessels

Objective To investigate effects of Sengstaken-Blakemore tubes on epistaxis at mid-back nasal cavity aboard naval vessels. Methods The experimental group consisted of 35 cases treated with Sengstaken-Blakemore tubes for epistaxis at mid-back nasal cavity aboard naval vessels, while the control group was composed of 30 patients, who were treated for epistaxis at the same site with vaseline gauze. Results Hemostasis succeeded in all the 35 cases in the experimental group. Patients suffered less pain and less pharyngeal discomfort, only 6 of them had nasal mucosal erosion after recovery, but without serious complications. Hemostasis also achieved in the 30 cases in the control group, but patients experienced severe pain and obvious pharyngeal discomfort, 26 of them had nasal mucosal erosion after recovery, and 5 of them had epistaxis recurrence one week after removal of vaseline gauze. Conclusions Treatment of epistaxis at the mid-back nasal cavity with Sengstaken-Blakemore tubes aboard naval vessels was simple and easy, with less pain and ideal effect. It was suitable for the treatment of epistaxis aboard naval vessels.
