| Abstract: | In China, most of general hospitals practice two-level management by dividing the departments into administration unit arid clinical unit. It is utmost important to coordinate the relation of these two units. This article mainly analyzes the irrelation and find the causes that influence it by hospital - wide paper survey. It also explore to adopt some beneficial measures to further improve the prestige of administration departments and strengthen the links of the two units so as to guarantee that all the work progress smoothly. |
