| 摘 要： | 妊娠小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞随妊娠持续增加,于妊娠晚期增加更为显著。用普通光学显微镜、扫描电镜观察妊晚期小鼠腹腔Mφ的形态具有明显的异质性,呈现出活跃的形态学特征。妊娠期小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬功能、酸性磷酸酶活性、形成EAC花环能力均增强,带有炎性巨噬细胞的某些生物学特性。

| Abstract: | There was a persistent increase in the number of peritoneal macrophages throughout pregnancy in mine, but the increase in the third trimester of pregnancy was more significant. Morphological heterogeneity of these peritoneal macrophages in the third trimester of pregnancy was observed with light and scanning electron microscope. These macrophages showed very active morphological characteristics. Phagocytosis, acid phosphatase and capacity of formation of EAC rosettes were much more enhanced than that of the control group. These macrophages had also some biological characteristics of the inflammatory ones. |
