| 摘 要： | 报告卡介苗（ＢＣＧ）膀胱内灌注治疗及预防浅表性膀胱肿瘤时的并发症９例。９例患者灌注早期均合并严重膀胱刺激症状，其中高热２例，高热合并膀胱大出血２例，多段尿道狭窄２例，尿道及膀胱肉芽肿并出血３例。并就其发生的原因、预防及治疗进行了讨论。认为发生毒副反应及并发症的原因有局部炎症及过敏反应、ＢＣＧ进入血循环、ＢＣＧ膀胱外接种、ＢＣＧ用量过大等；其预防和治疗措施有中止应用ＢＣＧ、废止尿道外口直接加压灌注方 |

| Abstract: | We report the complications in 9 paitents received intravesical perfusion with BCG for treating and preventing superficial bladder tumor.All paitents had severe bladderirritable symptom in initial perfusion.Moreover,2 cases were high fever,2 cases were high fever concomitant severe bleeding in bladder,2 cases were multiple segment urethral stricture,3 cases were granuloma with bleeding in urethral tract and bladder.The following factors were considered to be responsible for the side effects and complications of intravesical BCG therapy:local inflammation and allergic reaction,previous inoculation,and BCG doses used.Measures should be taken to prevent these side effects including diminishing doses of BCG,instilling BCG through an indwelling catheter,not directly through the urethra,enthancing anti-tuberculosis treatment and even suspending BCG administration. |
