立止血与洛赛克治疗上消化道出血的研究

目的:比较立止血与洛赛克联合治疗上消化道出血的疗效。方法:将患者随机分为两组,治疗组36例:立止血与洛赛克治疗3d。对照组2 4例:氨甲苯酸与雷尼替丁治疗3d。结果:治疗组治疗上消化道出血3d后的显效率和总有效率分别为80 .6 %和97.2 % ,对照组为2 9.2 %和75 %。两组间有显著性差异(P <0 .0 1)。结论:立止血与洛赛克组治疗上消化道出血有显著的疗效,安全性好,无副作用。

Study of efficiency on the joint use of reptilase and losec in treating upper astrointestinal hematorrhea

Objective:To compare the efficiency of the joint use of reptilase and losec in upper gastrointestinal hematorrhea.Methods:The cases were randomly divided into 2 groups.Intravenous injections of losec and reptilase(the treating group,36 cases),aminomethvlbenzoic acid and ranitidine(the controlling groups,24 cases)were applied in the 2 groups respectively,both after 3 days of treating.Results:The hemostatic rate and all rate of treating group in the treatment of upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage were 80.6%,97.2% respectively,and obviously higher than those of controlling groups(29.2%,75% respectivel)( P< 0.01).Conclusion:Intravenous injections of losec and reptilase was more effective,more security,no side-effect in the treatment of oupper gastrointestina hemorrhage.
