| 摘 要： | 目的观察清热解毒方对冠心病心绞痛患者血浆内皮素（BT）及一氧化氮（NO）水平的影响。方法将60例冠心病心绞痛患者分为治疗组和对照组（各30例）,2组均服用单硝酸异山梨酯,治疗组加服自拟清热解毒方,疗程4周,疗程结束后比较2组患者血浆中ET及NO水平。结果经治疗后,治疗组血浆ET水平由（66．72±16．13）ng／L下降至（40．12±10．75）ng／L;血浆N0水平由（43．52±9．55）umol／L升高至（65．01±11．98）umol／L,与治疗前及对照组相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论清热解毒方可显著调节冠心病心绞痛患者血浆中ET及NO水平,使血浆ET水平明显降低,血浆NO水平明显升高。
