| 摘 要： | 目的探讨中药联合西药治疗肺心病急性发作期的临床疗效和安全性。方法选择诊断为肺心病急性发作期的129例患者随机分为治疗组和观察组,治疗组应用自拟中药方联合西药治疗,观察组采用单纯西药治疗;进行资料分析和疗效观察。结果治疗组65例、观察组64例病人,有效率分别为92.31%和78.13%,两组治疗后结果有显著差异(P0.05)。结论本中药组方联合西药治疗肺心病急性发作期疗效显著,且无毒副作用。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of acute exacerbation of cor pulmonale. Methods For the diagnosis of pulmonary heart disease in acute episode period 129 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,the treatment group used traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine treatment,the observation group was treated with western medicine alone; observation data analysis and effect. Results 65 cases in the treatment group,the observation group of 64 patients,the effective rates were 92. 3 % and 78. 1 %,the two groups after treatment results have significant difference（ P’0. 05）. Conclusion The medicines in the treatment of acute attack of pulmonary heart disease has curative effect,and no toxic side effect. |
