国内心理咨询和治疗培训的调查研究

目的对近几年来，国内心理咨询和心理治疗方面的各种培训进行全面的总结和概括，了解各种培训的形式、内容、效果、师资等。方法多种途径搜集近几年教育培训信息达100条，并进行多维度的归纳分析。结果系统、规范的学历教育课程体系在某些高校开始实践；缺少学术机构的统一专业规范，培训目的、培训机构、培训师资、受训学员均呈现多样化的格局。结论应加强正规学历教育，重视基础理论方法的培训，规范培训领域，加强对培训者资质及学员参与培训效果的审查。

Investigation about Training in Counseling and Psychotherapy in Today's China

Objective To review the different kinds of training programs in psychotherapy and counseling of China in recent years, This research is focused on the factors such as contents, settings, effects and trainers. Methods 100 pieces of educational and training information were collected through different channels, and were analyzed in several dimensions. Results Systematic, formal and international jointed educational training are practiced in several universities; the lack of uniform criterion makes it a subtle situation concerning the aim, organization, trainers and trainees in training. Conclusion Formal education and training in universities should be reinforced, training on basic theory and skills should be emphasized, there should be more strict exam about the qualification of trainers and effects to the trainees.
