摘    要:
目的:利用紫外谱线组动态变化整体地分析复方三芪丹胶囊全成分图谱,为复方三芪丹胶囊质量评价提供参考。方法:对3个批号复方三芪丹胶囊以水、无水乙醇、氯仿和石油醚进行超声提取,进行相应的紫外光谱检测,并对其特征吸收进行一阶、二阶导数分析。结果:复方三芪丹胶囊的紫外吸收光谱特征数据具有很好的重现性,其分辨率高,特征性强。结论:该法简便、准确、灵敏,可鉴别复方三芪丹胶囊。

Study on identification of compound Shanqidan capsules by ultraviolet spectrophotometry

Abstract:
Objective: To dynamically analyze the spectrum of all components in compound Shanqidan capsules by ultraviolet( UV )spectrophotometry and to provide a reference for the quality assessment of compound Shanqidan capsules. Methods: Three batches of compound Shanqidan capsules were subjected to ultrasonic extraction using water, anhydrous ethanol, chloroform,and petroleum ether and were then examined by UV spectrometry ;first and second derivative analysis was performed on the characteristic absorption. Results: The characteristic data of UV absorption spectrum of compound Shanqidan capsules had high reproducibility, high resolution, and strong characteristics. Conclusion: This method is simple,accurate,and sensitive and can be used for identifying compound Shanqidan capsules.
