HPLC法测定洁肤液中大黄素的含量

目的：建立洁肤液中大黄素的含量测定方法。方法：采用RP-HPLC法进行测定,色谱柱为SHIMADZU C18（250mm×4.6mm,5μm）;流动相为甲醇-0.1%磷酸（85∶15）;检测波长为254nm;柱温为25℃。结果：洁肤液中大黄素的线性范围为3.30~33.0μg/mL,r=0.9999,平均回收率为99.05%,RSD值为0.95%。结论：该方法简便,结果准确,重现性好,可作为洁肤液的质量控制方法。

Determination of emodin in cleansing liquid by high - performance liquid chromatography

Objective ：To establish a method for determining the content of emodin in cleansing liquid. Methods：Reverse -phase high- performance liquid chromatography was performed on a Shimadzu C ls column （250mm×4.6mm,5μm） with a mobile phase of methanol -0. 1% phosphoric acid （85：15 ） at a detection wavelength of 254 nm and a column temperature of 25℃. Results：A linear relationship was found within an emodin content range of 3.30 -33.0 μg/ml （r = 0. 9999 ） ;the average recovery rate was 99. 05% , with a relative standard deviation of 0. 95%. Conclusion：This method is simple, accurate, and repeatable and can be used for the quality control of cleansing liquid.
