河南科技学院3850名大学新生心理健康状况调查

目的了解大学新生的心理健康状况。方法运用症状自评量表(SCL-90)对2009级3 850名大学新生进行心理普查。结果因子分≥3的人数占5.25%,因子分≥2的人数占35.45%。2009级大学新生在焦虑、躯体化、人际敏感、抑郁、敌对和偏执等因子得分低于成人常模,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);强迫、恐惧及精神病性得分高于成人常模,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。大学新生各因子分均低于大学生常模,心理健康水平好于全国大学生,差别有统计学意义(P<0.01)。女生各因子总分值高于男生,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),其中男生偏执分值高于女生,抑郁、焦虑及恐惧低于女生分值,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对口生总分高于统招生,差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),10个因子中人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、恐惧和其他因子得分与对口生比较差别有统计学意义(P<0.05)。不同学科心理健康水平从高到低依次是体育、文科、艺术、理工、经济管理、农科。结论河南科技学院新生心理健康水平好于全国大学生整体水平,男女生心理问题倾向性不同,对口生较统招生心理问题突出,不同学科学生的心理健康水平不同。

Survey of mental health condition in 3 850 freshmen of Henan institute of science and technology

Objective To investigate the mental healthy condition of the freshmen.Methods The psychological health condition of 3 850 freshmen of Grade 2009 were surveyed with symptom checklist-90（SCL-90）.Results The positive ratio is 5.25% when the factor value≥3,the positive ration is 35.45% when factor value≥2.The scores of anxiety,somatization,sensitive,depression,hostility and bigotry of freshmen were markedly lower than the adult norm（P0.05,P0.01）,and the scores of coercion,fear and psychosis were markedly higher than the adult norm（P0.01）.The freshmen′s each factor score was significantly lower than the college norm,and their mental health condition were better than the college normal（P0.01）.All factors′ scores of girls were significantly higher than those of boys（P0.05）.The scores of bigotry of boys was significantly higher than that of girls（P0.05）,however,the scores of depression,anxiety and fear were markedly lower than those of girls（P0.05）.The total score of five-year′s students was notably higher than that of four-year′s students（P0.05）;The scores of sensitive,depression,anxiety,fear and other factors of five-year′s students markedly differed from four-year′s students in the ten factors（P0.05）.The mental health level of different subjects from high to low in turn is sports,social science,art,physics and engineering,economic management,agriculture.Conclusion Freshmen′ level of mental health condition of Henan institute of science and technology is better than the average level in China.There is a different mental healthy tendency between boys and girls,and compared with the four-year′s students,the mental health condition of five-year′s students is worse.The students in different subjects have the diversity level of mental health.
