| 摘 要： | 目的 观察Batagan降低眼压对幼兔眼轴发育和屈光状态的影响。方法 1月龄新西兰大白兔30只,1眼滴Batagan每日1次,另眼滴生理盐水每日1次作对照。Schiotz眼压计测量眼压。6个月后用托吡卡胺扩瞳检影。处死动物取眼球测量其前后径。取眼球标本作普通光学显微镜及透射电子显微镜观察。结果 Batagan滴眼能有效降低兔眼眼压4h以上。经持续用药6个月后,其远视度数下降程度小于对照眼,且眼球前后径平衡值小于对照眼。光学显微镜及透射电子显微镜观察角膜、晶状体、视网膜等组织,未发现异常病理改变。结论 发育期眼轴受到眼压影响,降低眼压确能起到抑制眼轴过度发育的作用。
