空巢老人心理健康状况研究

目的 研究空巢老人心理健康状况及主要相关因素。方法 以老年心理健康问卷为评定工具，对452位老年人进行调查．结果 绝对空巢组在“孤独感”和“社会支持”因子的评分与非空巢组差异显著，并在“孤独感”和“适应能力”因子的评分与相对空巢组差异显著；心理健康状况与诸多因素相关．结论 空巢老人的心理健康问题不容忽视，身体健康、家庭人际关系及生活满意度对于调节心理健康非常重要。

The problem of mental health in the elderly in empty-nest family

Objective To study mental health in the elderly in empty nest family and its related factors Methods 452 subjects are in the range of 60 89 years of age in Beijing and are divided into three groups according to whether they live together with their descendants Group 1 is the subjects whose descendants do not live in Beijing Group 2 is the subjects whose descendants live in Beijing, but not live with their parents in the same house Group 3 is the subjects which live together with their descendants Whole subjects are tested with Mental Health Inventory for Chinese Elderly Results There are significant differences in loneliness and social sustentation between group 1 and group 3, and there are significant differences in loneliness and adaptability between groups 1 and group 2 In addition, high relations are found between mental health and physiological health, social communication, husband wife relationship, parents children relationship, life satisfaction, economy satisfaction Conclusions There are some problems in mental health in the elderly whose descendants do not live in Beijing Physical exercise and social communication may improve the physiological and mental health in the elderly in empty nest family
