社会支持与晚期肺癌患者生活质量的相关性研究

目的研究社会支持与晚期肺癌患者生活质量的关系,探讨提高患者生活质量的有效途径。方法采用问卷调查法,分析80例晚期肺癌患者生活质量和社会支持的相关性。结果晚期肺癌患者生活质量较差,较正常人获得较高的社会支持（P〈0.01）;社会支持与晚期肺癌患者生活质量呈正相关系（r=0.597,P〈0.01）。结论社会支持与晚期肺癌患者的生活质量有着密切关系,护理过程中应重视社会支持,充分利用家庭和社会力量,来提高晚期肺癌患者的生活质量。

Relative research between social supports and quality of life of patients with lung cancer in later period

Objective To study the relation between the supports from the society and the living quality of the lung cancer patients in the later period,explore the effectual ways that improve the living quality.Methods We analysed the relativity about the supports from the society and the living quality of the lung cancer patients in the later period in 80 cases by the questioning investigation.Results The lung cancer patients in the later period whose living quality was low,who got more supported from the society than the normal one (P<0.01).The result showed positive relation between the supports from the society and the living quality of the lung cancer patients in the later period(r=0.597,P<0.01).Conclusions It is the intimate relation between the supports from the society and the living quality of the lung cancer patients in the later period,we must attach importance to the supports from the society in the nursing,make full use of the power from the family and the society,and improve the living quality of the lung cancer patients in the later period.
