简易溶加药装置研制与临床应用

为了改革传统的静脉检药前准备操作提高工作效率，减轻护士劳动强度，根据临床实际需要，设计制作“简易加药装置”。本装置由台式负压吸引器，自动排气注射液针头，三极自动进气抽药针头组成。利用自动进气，排气及负压吸引原理，在半自动状态完成注液及药液的后吸过程。具有简化溶加药操作，减轻护士劳动强度，降低原材料消耗，减少药品损耗提高工作效率等优点，经省，市５４名护士操作使用，获得满意结果。

to the clinical needs,a simple medicinal dissolvent-additional apparatus for traditional technical produre innovation in preparation before an administration by intravenous infusion,to asise work efficiency and reduce murse's work in tensity had been designed and manipulated .This apparatus contained three compartments: a desk-mold negative pressure secuon,an antomatic air-out infusible needle and three poles automatic air-in solution extracted needlse.using the mechnism of auto air-out ,air-in and negative pressure suction,this apparetus can perform the infuse and the solution extract like semiautomatic state.It has many adventages such as it simplifies the operation of medicines dissolved and added,reduces the nurse's work intensity,depresses the expense of maferials and medicines(m bottle residual volume<0.07ml)and raises work efficiency et .al.It had been used by 54 nurses who work in provincial or municipal hospitals.The acquiral results are satisfactory.
