| 摘 要： | 背景 局部脑氧饱和度(regional cerebral oxygen saturation,rSO2)监测是一种新型无创监测脑氧平衡的方法,老年患者术中实时监测rSO2可以优化老年患者围手术期的管理,降低术后神经系统并发症的发生. 目的 为rSO2监测的相关研究和临床应用提供参考. 内容 主要介绍rSO2的基本原理、影响因素及rSO2在老年患者心脏手术、神经外科手术、胸外科、腹外科及骨科中的应用. 趋向 积极探索rSO2在老年患者中的应用价值,减少老年患者术后并发症. |

The research progress of regional cerebral oxygen saturation monitoring in the elderly patients |

| Abstract: | Background Regional cerebral oxygen saturation (rSO2) monitoring is a new noninvasive method for monitoring cerebral oxygen balance.Intraoperative monitoring of rSO2 in elderly patients can optimize perioperative management of elderly patients and reduce the incidence of postoperative neurological complications.Objective To proyide reference for the related research and clinical application of rSO2 monitoring.Content This paper introduces the basic principle and influencing factors of rSO2,and the application of rSO2 in cardiac surgery,neurosurgery,thoracic surgery,abdominal surgery and orthopedics in elderly patients.Trend Further research is to explore the application value of rSO2 in elderly patients and reduce the postoperative complications of elderly patients. |
