| Abstract: | A case of autonomic neuropathy and hypertrophic osteoarthropathy in association with metastatic giant cell carcinoma of the lung and leiomyosarcoma of the stomach is reported. The link between these conditions is discussed and the role of pancreatic polypeptide as a possible marker for hypertrophic osteoarthropathy reported. |
