高频彩色多普勒超声对类风湿性关节炎膝关节病变检查的应用价值

目的：探讨高频彩色多普勒超声在类风湿性关节炎膝关节病变诊断中的临床应用价值.方法：应用高频彩色多普勒超声对84例类风湿性关节炎患者168个膝关节进行扫查,观察关节囊积液、滑膜、软骨表面及关节病变区域血流情况.结果：136个膝关节出现关节囊积液（81%）,152个膝关节出现滑膜增厚（90.5%）,20个关节出现股骨髁间软骨变薄（11.9%）,2个关节出现股骨髁间软骨消失（1.2%）,109个关节炎滑膜内显示低速血流信号（71.7%）.结论：高频彩色多普勒超声通过对关节囊积液、滑膜、软骨的病变及骨质破坏以及滑膜内血流情况,为临床诊断类风湿性关节炎提供丰富的诊断依据.

Applications value of knee joints in rheumatoid arthritis by high - frequency color doppler ultrasonography

Objective： To investigate the applications value of high- frequency color doppler ultrasonography on knee joint in rheumatoid arthritis （RA）. Methods： 168 knee joints of 84 RA patients were examined with high- frequency color doppler ultrasonography to observe joint capsule effusion, the synovium, cartilage, and color flow in synovium. Result：Capsula effusion were detected in 136 knee joints in 84 RA patients（81% ）, synovitis were detected in 152 knee joints in 84 RA patients（90.5% ）, cartilage were thinner in 20 knee joints in 84 RA patients（ 11.9% ）, and cartilage were disappeared in 2 knee joints in 84 RA patients（ 1.2% ）, and blood flow signal were found in 109 knee joints in RA patients. Conclusion： High - frequency color doppler ultrasonography could be applied in the diagnosis of knee joints in rheumatoid arthritis.
