Application of Precise Comprehensive Nursing in Children with Asthmatic Pneumonia during Adjuvant Therapy of OxygenDriven Atomization Inhalation

Objective To analyze the clinical application value of precise comprehensive nursing in children with asthmatic pneumonia during adjuvant therapy of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation.Methods 55 asthmatic pneumonia children with adjuvant therapy of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation in our hospital from July 2018 to January 2020 were selected and divided into two groups according to the admission order.The control group received routine nursing,and the observation group received precise comprehensive nursing.The symptom improvement time,blood gas indicators and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The improvement time of asthma and cough,and the hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).After nursing,the PaO2 level of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the PaCO2 level was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 7.14%,lower than 29.63%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions During the adjuvant therapy of oxygen-driven atomization inhalation,precise comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the blood gas indicators,accelerate the recovery of children and reduce adverse reactions.
