Influence of Pharmaceutical Care Based on Drug Integration Guidance on Medication Compliance and Safety of Hospitalized Patients with Hypertension

Objective To analyze the influence of pharmaceutical care based on drug integration guidance on medication compliance and safety of hospitalized patients with hypertension.Methods 90 hospitalized patients with hypertension in our hospital from January 2018 to August 2020 were selected and divided into reference group and study group according to double-blind method,with 45 cases in each group.The reference group was given routine pharmaceutical care,and the study group was given pharmaceutical care based on drug integration guidance.The medication compliance,adverse reactions and blood pressure before and after intervention were compared between the two groups.Results The total compliance rate of medication in the study group was 97.78%,higher than 77.78%of the reference group(P<0.05).After intervention,the systolic pressure and diastolic pressure of the study group were lower than those of the reference group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 15.56%,lower than 33.33%in the reference group(P<0.05).Conclusions Pharmaceutical care based on drug integration guidance can effectively improve the medication compliance and safety of hospitalized patients with hypertension,which is conducive to the blood pressure control of patients,with clinical promotion value.
