| 摘 要： | 目的：建立浊度法测定麦迪霉素片剂含量的方法。方法：以金黄色葡萄球菌为试验菌，加菌量为1．2％～2．5％（V／V），（37±0．5）℃培养4～5h左右测定。结果：麦迪霉素线性浓度为1．0～3．0IU·ml^-1，r=0．9910，平均回收率为102．1％，RSD为2．1％（n=9）。结论：本方法灵敏，快速，影响因素较少，可作为测定麦迪霉素片剂效价的方法。

Determination of the Potency of Midecamycin Tablets by Turbidimetric Method |

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a turbidimetric method for determination the content of Midecamycin tablets. Method： The test organism was Staphylococcus aureus , adjusted spore suspension of Staphylococcus aureus inoculating with a 1.2% -2.5 % （V/V）ratio, cultivated at（37 ± 0.5 ）℃ for about 4 -5h. Result： The liner range of midecamycin was 1.0 -3.0 IU-ml^-1 （r = 0.991 0）. The average recovery of Midecamycin tablets was 102.1% （ RSD = 2.1%, n = 9）. Conclusion ： The method is sensitive , rapid and feasible to determine the potency of Midecamycin tablets. |
