白塞病的证侯与单核细胞趋化蛋白-1基因多态性位点相关性的探讨

目的探讨白塞病的证侯与单核细胞趋化蛋白（MCP）-1基因多态性位点的关系。方法应用PCR限制性片段长度多态性技术检测MCP-1基因多态性住点基因类型。结果携带G型等位基因的白塞病证侯患者，伴有眼色素膜炎及胃肠炎较重临床症状的几率明显高于携带AA型等位基因的白塞病患者。GG患者与AA患者眼部损害比较差异有极其显著性（P〈0．05）。结论白塞病的证侯与MCP-1基因多态性位点有一定相关性。

Relationship Between Symtome of Behcet''''s Disease and Allele Type Polymor-phism of the Monocyte Chemotactic Protein-1

Objective To explorethe relationship between symtome of Behcet＇s disease and allele type polymorphism of the Monocyte chemotactic protein （MCP）-1. Methods The allele type of polymorphism was determined by restriction fragment length polymorphism of polymerase chain reaction （PCR）, Results Symptoms accompanying graver cases of Behcet＇ s disease, such as gastrointestinal inflammation and uveitis were more frequent in patients with the G-allele than the patients with the A-allele. There were significant differences between these two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The symtome of Behcet＇ s diseasce might be implicated with the allele type polymorphism of the MCP-1.
