雷公藤多甙治疗原发性肾病综合征56例疗效观察

目的探索雷公藤多甙治疗原发性肾病综合征的疗效及副作用,并与环磷酰胺的治疗效果比较。方法2000年1月-2005年12月在本科住院的56例原发性肾病综合征患者,随机分为2组,雷公藤多甙组和环磷酰胺组进行治疗.结果2组总有效率和完全缓解率差异无统计学意义,但雷公藤多甙组2周缓解率及4周缓解率明显高于环磷酰胺组,差异有统计学意义。结论雷公藤多甙治疗原发性肾病综合征有良好效果,副作用少。

The Curative Effect of Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA on 56 Cases of Primary Dropsical Nephritis

Objective To assess the therapeutic effect and side reaction of Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA in the treatment of primary dropsical nephritis,and compare with the effect of cyclophosphamide(CTX).Methods From Jan.2000 to Dec.2005,56 patients with hydropigenous nephritis hospitalized in our department were divided into two groups randomly.These patients were respectively treated with Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA and CTX.Results There were not statistical significant differences in the total effective rates and complete remission rates between two groups.But the remission rates of Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA group were higher than that of CTX group in two and four weeks after treatment.Conclusions Treating primary dropsical nephritis with Glucosida Tripterygii TOTA is effective and less side reaction.
