某院神经康复患儿感染A群轮状病毒情况的调查分析

目的了解青岛市某儿童医院神经康复科住院患儿A群轮状病毒情况,为同类地区神经康复科住院患儿的预防与控制做出指导。方法对2011年1月至2011年12月青岛市某儿童医院神经康复科住院患儿A群轮状病毒感染情况进行回顾性分析。结果 2011年1月至2011年12月青岛市某儿童医院神经康复科住院患儿322人,期间发生腹泻25例,其中A群轮状病毒感染20例,占6.21%;发病年龄<2岁为主,其中以7～12月龄最高,占80%;发病季节主要秋冬春季三季,而以冬季最为集中(12、1月份)。结论青岛市某儿童医院神经康复科住院患儿感染A群轮状病毒性发生人群主要为2岁以下患儿儿,且以冬季最为高发。同类地区儿童医院的神经康复科应针对发生轮状病毒感染的危险因素采取综合性预防措施。

A Hospital of Neurological Rehabilitation in Children Infected with Group A Rotavirus Survey Analysis

Objective Understanding of Qingdao women and children hospital department of neurological rehabilitation inpatients group A rotavirus,for similar areas of prevention and control of similar groups make guidance.Method On the 2011 January to 2011 December Qingdao women and children hospital department of neurological rehabilitation inpatients group A rotavirus infection were retrospectively analyzed.Result 2011 January to 2011 December Qingdao women and children hospital department of neurological rehabilitation of hospitalized children with 322 people,occurring during diarrhea in 25 cases,in which the group A rotavirus infection in 20 cases,accounting for 6.21%;age 2 years,with the highest 7-12 months,accounted for 80%;seasonal incidence of major winter spring season three,while in the winter the most concentrated（December,January）Conclusion Qingdao women and children hospital department of neurological rehabilitation inpatients infected with group A rotavirus population mainly occur in children younger than 2 years with infants,and in the winter the most high.Similar areas in the children＇s Hospital of Department of neurological rehabilitation should be directed to the occurrence of rotavirus infection risk factors take comprehensive prevention measures.
