| 摘 要： | 目的考察注射用泮托拉唑钠与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍稳定性。方法用HPLC法考察配伍前后泮托拉唑钠的含量变化,并观察配伍液的外观及pH变化。结果注射用泮托拉唑钠与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍后4h内含量、pH及溶液外观均无明显变化。结论注射用泮托钠与果糖氯化钠注射液配伍后在4h内稳定。
