| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用解剖型钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折的疗效。方法采用切开复位解剖钢板内固定治疗股骨转子间骨折37例。结果37例均获随访,时间9～28个月。髋关节功能按Harris评分标准,优30例,良5例,差2例,优良率为94.6%。结论应用解剖型钢板治疗股骨转子间骨折操作简单方便,固定牢靠,可早期关节功能锻炼,是一种效果良好的内固定方法。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the indications and clinical results of femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated with anatomical proximal femoral plate. Methods 37 cases of age 39 - 75 years（ averaged 63 years old ） with femoral intertrochanteric fracture were treated with anatomical proximal femoral plate. Results All patients were followed up for 9 -28 months,averaged 15 months. The clinical results were evaluated by the Harris hip scoring system. Among the patients,30 cases were excellent,5 good,and 2 poor,and the excellent and good rate was 94. 6%. Conclusions Anatomical proximal femoral plate is a good treatment method for femoral intertrochanteric fracture, with the advantage of minimal invasion, stable fixation, and less postoperative complications. |
