| 摘 要： | 对广东省１９８４～１９９３年收检冻存的肾综合征出血热隐性感染者和患者血清、鼠阳性血清及阳性鼠肺标本进行分型诊断。８２例感染者、患者血清中检出家鼠型３６例（４３．９％），野鼠型１７例（２０．７％），未定型２９例（３５．４％）。３８份鼠阳性血清中，褐家鼠２８份、黄毛鼠３份、板齿鼠１份和臭分均为家鼠型，１例份黄毛鼠检出野鼠型，４份未定型。２０份鼠肺中，除１份褐家鼠检出野鼠型外，其余均为家鼠型。首次发现我省有野鼠型肾综合征出血热存在，是以家鼠型为主的混合疫区。

| Abstract: | Samples of hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome (HFRS) collected in Guangdong Province from 1984 to 1993 were tested for serotyping diagnosis.Of 82 samples of HFRS cases and insidious infections, 36 were house -rat type (43. 9%), 17 wild-rat type(20. 7%) and 29 undermined (35.4 %). Of 38 positive samples from rats, 33 (28 Rattus norvegicus, 3Rattus, 1 Bandicota indica and 1 Suncus muriuns) were house - rat type, 1 from Rattus rattoides was wild - rat type and 4were undetermined. Of 20 specimens of rat lungs, only one was wild - rat type and the others were house - type.The result showed that the wild type HFRS was present in Guangdong Province.The epidemic area was a mixed type and house - rat type was predominant type. |
