摘 要: | 目的:对野战(应急)快速检验系统血细胞分析模块性能进行评价。方法:对该模块在室内环境与模拟野战环境下进行精密度评价,并对两种环境下的评价结果进行对比;利用该模块和Sysmex XE-2100血细胞分析仪对200例标本进行平行检测,分析其可比性。结果:该模块测定红细胞比容(HCT)、血红蛋白(Hb)、白细胞(WBC)和血小板(PLT)的变异系数(CV)值在室内环境中分别为0.24%、0.23%、1.40%、2.94%,在模拟野战环境下分别为1.29%、1.53%、2.25%、1.95%;两种环境结果比较其差异无统计学意义(t=0.380,t=0.206,t=1.935,t=1.329;P>0.05)。两台仪器HCT,Hb,WBC,PLT的相关性系数分别为0.981、0.986、0.962、0.977。结论:在室内和模拟野战环境下,野战(应急)快速检验系统血细胞分析模块精密度良好,结果对比无显著差异;该模块与常规血细胞分析仪检测结果无显著性差异,且一致性良好。

Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the performance of hematology analysis module of Biochem POCT Solutions. Methods: The precision of the hematology analysis module was estimated in indoor environment and simulated field environment, and then compared the results. Fresh blood samples of 200 patients were detected with the hematology analysis module and SYSMEX XE2100 hematology analyzer, and the results were compared. Results: HCT, Hb, WBC and PLT variation coefficients(CVs) were 0.24%, 0.23%, 1.40% and 2.94% indoor,and in simulatedfield environment CVs were 1.29%, 1.53%, 2.25% and 1.95% respectively, and there were no significant difference in these four items between two environments(t=0.380, t=0.206, t=1.935, t=1.329; P〉0.05).The correlation coefficient of HCT, Hb, WBC and PLT between the hematology analysis module and SYSMEX XE2100 hematology analyzer were 0.981, 0.986, 0.962 and 0.977 respectively. Conclusion: The hematology analysis module has good precisions in indoor environment or simulated field, and the results have no significant difference between two environments. The results of the hematology analysis module and SYSMEX XE2100 hematology analyzer have no significant difference and show good consistency. |
