| 摘 要： | 目的 观察 12例癌性体表溃疡放疗加化疗药物局部外敷的近期治疗疗效。方法 6 0 Co外照射加化疗药物局部外敷。结果 总有效率 10 0 % ,伤口愈合完全缓解 3例 ;部分缓解 9例。结论 对晚期癌症出现体表溃疡癌 ,采用放疗加化疗药物外敷 ,具有疗效好 ,副作用小。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the effect of 12 cases with body surface ulcer carcinoma treated by radiation and application with chemotherapy medicine. Methods The patients were treated by 60 Co radiation and local application with chemotherapy medicine. Results The total effective rate was 100%, the wound of 3 cases was cured (25%), the wound of 9 cases partly relieved (75%). Conclusion It's effective to treat the late cancer with body surface ulcer by radiation and local application with chemotherapy medicine |
