子宫肌瘤介入治疗近期疗效分析和中远期疗效的展望

目的:分析运用子宫动脉栓塞术治疗子宫肌瘤的疗效。材料与方法:我院于1993年3月～1999年4月对42例子宫肌瘤患者行股动脉穿刺双侧子宫动脉栓塞术近期临床疗效分析和中远期疗效的展望。结果:全部病例随诊6～60个月,B超显示术后6～9个月,肌瘤体积平均缩小40%～90%,临床症状,39例用永久性栓塞材料的患者其中30例症状消失,9例症状明显改善。3例用明胶海绵栓塞病例3～6个月后症状复发。无1例严重并发症。结论:子宫肌瘤介入治疗是一安全、创伤性小疗效肯定的治疗方法,其中远期疗效满意。

The Short Term Therapeutic Efficacy Analysis and The Mid-to-Long Term Therapeutic Efficacy Prospect of Uterine Arterial Embolization for Hysterimyoma (A Repirt of 42 Cases)

Purpose:To assess the short term and mid-do-long term therapeutic efficacy of tranosctheter uterine arterial embo-lization (TUAE) for hysteromyoma.Materials and Methods:From mar.1993 to apr.1999.TUAE was performed on 42 cases with hysteromyoma.All patienes were followed or 6 to 60 months to observe term and mid-to-long term therapeutic efficacy.Results:Tumor size was decreased by 40%-90% after 6-9 months.Of all the 39 cases' using permanent embolizing agent.30 cases' clinical symptoms disappeared completely.Other 9 cases' were improved significantly.3 cases embolized by gelform recremented after 3-9 months.No serious complications occurred.Conclusion:The TUAE for hysteromyoma is an effective,safe and less injure therapy and the mid-to-long term theropeutic efficacy is satisfied.
