大白鼠脑内单胺氧化酶内源性抑制剂的研究

摘    要:
本文研完了大白鼠脑内单胺氧化酶内源性抑制剂(MAOI),并确定它存在于大白鼠脑105000g离心的上清液中。大白鼠被注射甲状腺素后MAOI含量明显增加。结果表明,MAOI分子量为28700,等电点为5.9,由68个氨基酸组成,其中含谷氨酸、天冬氨酸较多。

Abstract:
Endogenous inhibitor of monoamine oxidase(MAOI) in rat brain has been studied with biochemical methods. MAOI was found in rat brain 105000g supernatant. After the rats were injected with thyroxine, MAOI increased markedly. The molecular weight of MAOI was determined to be 28 700, its pI is 5.9. Analysis of amino acid components showed that MAOI is composed of 68 amino acid residues, most of which are glutamic acid and aspartie acid.
