| 摘 要： | 慢性阻塞性肺疾病以肺、脾、肾虚为本,兼以肝郁气滞,痰瘀为标,外感风寒为主要诱因,临床常以调摄肺、脾、肾,化瘀祛痰,扶正祛邪相结合,采用中药复方、推拿、冬病夏治等方法治疗。

| Abstract: | Chronic obstructive pulmonary diseases is based on deficiency of lung,spleen,and kidney, and showing combination of qi stagnation due to depression of the liver and sputum and stasis. Wind-cold is major incentive. The clinical treatment can take regulating lung, spleen, and kidney and combination of strengthening body resistance and eliminating evil. Many methods can be adopted such as treatment based on syndrome differentiation, Chinese medicine compound, massage, or winter disease cured in summer. |
