去氢罗默碱的合成研究

摘    要:
为合成具有抗癌,抗帕金森氏综合症的新药,本文经电化学合成法对二氢异喹啉衍生物的N—甲基碘盐进行阴极电解还原,得到了关环后的天然化合物—去氢罗默碱。自行设计了柱形电解池,阳极:石墨,阴极:汞,参比电极:Ag丝,电解液0.1M TEAB乙腈液。

Dehydroroemerine has been first obtained through cathodio reduction of iodate of the iodate of N-methylation benzyldihydroquinoiine. Graphite anode. nercury cathode. RE: Ag. Electrolytic solution for reduction 10.1M TEAEr CH3CN solution.
